About Me
I am Dr. Raina Brands—an award-winning researcher, consultant, and professor at University College London. My passion lies in understanding the intricate web of social networks within organizations—the informal relationships that drive everything. These networks can either be bridges or barriers to diversity and inclusion. My mission? To break down those barriers and create more meritocratic, inclusive workplaces.

As an executive educator, I've crafted targeted training programs. I empower leaders—especially aspiring women and members of racial minority groups—to build effective networks.
